For each assignment they are evaluated based on parameters specified by clients and are subjected to client specified selection process. Our consultants go through a rigorous screening process and our candidates are carefully chosen for their suitability to the business of Target Company, its culture and the professional profile expected. We take such assignments both retained and contingency relationship model.

Executive Search / Head Hunting

ICTS can head hunt profiles through its time-tested process, ensuring the “right fit” for your organization. We ensure that the right profile is identified strict confidentiality is maintained in the whole process. We take such assignments on retained relationship model.

Turn Key / Managed Recruitment

ICTS can manage the recruitment / staffing functions for a client on an exclusive, preferred supplier or managed basis. In such Turn Key assignments we customize our service programs, upon mutual agreement, to meet client specific needs for managing Human Capital Supply Chain.

In such assignments the entire selection process is assigned to us on a turnkey basis. Here we manage the process typically including advertising, application screening, written tests, group discussion, technical tests, and initial screening interviews. We can handle turnkey assignments in Job Fairs, Campus recruitments, Walk-ins, Managed Walk-ins etc.
